1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using jukecast.tv, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. YouTube Terms of Service

JukeCast uses the YouTube Data API v3 to power video search and playback. By using JukeCast, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. You may not use JukeCast in any way that violates YouTube's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

3. Use of the Service

You may use JukeCast to search for and queue YouTube videos on venue screens. You agree not to:

• Queue content that is illegal, harmful, or violates YouTube's Community Guidelines
• Attempt to manipulate, hack, or disrupt the Service or any connected TV screen
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce any part of the Service

4. Content

All video content accessed through JukeCast is provided by YouTube. JukeCast does not host, store, or own any video content. We are not responsible for the content of videos available on YouTube.

5. Venue Owners

Venues using JukeCast are responsible for ensuring appropriate use of the Service on their premises. Venues may set content restrictions and approval requirements through the JukeCast dashboard.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JukeCast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
